There is currently being offered 3,000. sq.ft. on the lower level and 3,000. sq.ft. on the upper level.  The lower level features an open, post and beam layout with 12 foot ceilings and the original Mills woodwork.  The support beam structure has been completely redesigned to offer an open layout with minimal vertical columns.  The upper level features the original Mill trusses and 18 foot ceilings with no vertical supports across the entire 50 foot building width.

The entire Mill has been renovated and radiant heat installed throughout both the upper and lower levels.
